Step 1: Place a sheet of paper on a flat surface. Sit on a chair, place your foot in the middle of the sheet and define the outline of the foot. Hold the pen perpendicular to a sheet of paper.
Step 2: Draw parallel lines at the farthest points of the foot (between the thumb and heel) and measure the distance between them. Choose the appropriate pair of insoles according to the measured foot length (cm)
Step 3: The insole can be adapted to the shape of the shoe by cutting the front with scissors according to the existing marks
Step 4: Adjust pronation/supination level
Step 5: Fit into shoes
