What are the purpose and benefits of 3D-JUST® ?
3D-JUST® insoles are designed to support patients with flat feet, overpronation, or supination conditions. The product improves arch support, stabilises the heel and, provides alignment if needed (pronation or supination correction by up to 4 mm), allowing body weight to be evenly distributed across the whole foot. This helps to reduce leg muscle fatigue and stress on the lower body joints. Therefore 3D-JUST® wearing relieves feet and leg pain or can even be used for prevention
What are the indications for wearing 3D-JUST® ?
Indications:
- Flat feet/ fallen arches
- Overpronation
- Supination
- Feet fatigue
What are the clinical contraindications?
Rarely:
- burns or open wounds on the surface of the foot;
- for edema
- in the case of certain injuries or diabetes, when the use of shoe inserts is prohibited
- in osteoporosis, osteogenesis, etc.
- if you are allergic to the upper material
- in case of increased skin irritation
Do I need a consultation with certified Orthotist to wear 3D-JUST® ?
In neutral position – no , but in case of pronated or supinated feet, a certified Orthotist would assess your foot conditions and recommend how to wear and adjust the insoles.
Do I need to wear socks?
Yes, socks shall be worn for skin protection from skin irritation or blisters.
What to do if I feel unusual discomfort or feel skin damage on my feet?
If you feel any unusual discomfort or skin damage while wearing the insoles, discontinue using them and contact your Orthotist for advice.
Can I use damaged insoles?
No
What sizes do you sell and how to select the right one?
See the size chart below to select the right size. If the feet are wide, consider bigger size insoles: they can be shortened
How to choose the right shoes for insoles?
Choose shoes with closed heels and enough space for the feet and insoles. If they have removable insoles or liners, take them out.
If needed, trim the toe part with scissors by following special marks (see the picture).

How to adjust insoles?
Pronation or supination level can be easily adjusted with the help of a rotating adjuster system. There are two adjusters on the bottom of the forefoot and the heel (see them in the neutral position in the picture). They can be rotated as much as needed (up to 90 degrees) to the medial or lateral side in order to add required pronation or supination support up to 4 mm. The forefoot adjuster fixes at 5 positions and heel adjuster at 2 and each position provides a different support level.
Place the insoles in the shoes and make sure they fit flat with no buckling.
Socks shall be worn for skin protection Put feet into shoes and fasten them firmly, limiting the foot from slipping in any direction.

Can I wear 3D-JUST® daily?
Yes, but insoles are a new pair of shoes, the insoles have a breaking-in period. Allow the body to adapt to them gradually starting from one hour per day and adding an extra hour each following day. Check your feet carefully after wearing the insoles. If you see any skin irritation, blisters or feel discomfort, stop using them and contact your Orthotist for his/ her advice.
Can I switch insoles between different shoes?

How to clean 3D-JUST® ?
- First brush off excess dirt.
- Dip a small shoe brush in soapy water and clean the bottom part. Lightly scrub the top fabric but do not over-wet it.
- Remove soapy residue with a paper towel moistened with clear water.
- Allow the insoles to air dry.
Do 3D-JUST® insoles fit all shoes?
Yes, but we recommend using them with sneakers, heavy shoes (travel boots, etc.), low shoes, sports shoes (for running, tennis, cycling, etc.), and work shoes.
NOTE: We do not recommend using insoles with narrow shoes, or shoes with a narrow front.
How to put insoles in your shoes?
First, check if your shoes came with their own insoles, if yes check if these can be removed to give your new insoles space. Trainers and hiking boots usually come with removable insoles that can be easily slipped out. If the insole is stuck, see if you can gently remove it.
Next, you need to see if your insole fits the shoe. If it doesn’t, you might need to trim it. For cutting the frame, use that shoe’s default insole as a cutting guide when trimming to ensure you get the right shape and size. If not, our advice is to trim small amounts from the front and sides of the toe area until you get the right size – you can always cut more away but you can’t stick the insole back together!
Finally, when putting the insole into your shoe, angle the bottom of the insole towards the inside of the shoe at around 30-40° in this case insole should slip in easily.

Despite the slim and elegant look, 3D-JUST® insoles are durable and long-lasting – after testing for over 2 million gait cycles they showed no loss of properties or signs of wear.
